Wine Tasting with the Winemaker at Quinta dos Santos

Quinta dos Santos is a family-owned estate consisting of a vineyard and a craft beer production unit, located in Barlavento Algarvio, Portugal.

With a total area of eight hectares, Quinta dos Santos has three hectares of vineyards and one hectare dedicated to the plantation of new olive trees, where we can find the Maçanilha, Galega, Verdeal, and Picual varieties, along with almond, carob, and century-old olive trees. By combining the best of the old with the best of the new, at Quinta dos Santos, we strive to create classics with a modern twist.

A guided tour of the cellar led by the restaurant’s sommelier, followed by a guided tasting of three wines.

Winemaker’s tour

Guided visit with the resident winemaker to the vineyard for 20 minutes, followed by a visit to the cellar for 40 minutes, then a tasting directly from a tank in the cellar, and finally, a guided tasting in the cellar accompanied by cold meats and cheeses.
